The search for that “something more”

Many people are dissatisfied with the superficial materialistic lifestyle.
Deep down, it ultimately fails to be enough.  As a result, some people start searching for that “something more”.  But how?

Religion hasn’t worked

The past couple of thousand years has demonstrated that religion hasn’t worked.  Selfishness remains the normal state.  Indeed, there is an argument that belief is little more than superstition and religious institutions have merely added to the burden of the world’s problems.

A mess of “alternatives”

The “alternative” movement is cluttered with a lot of dubious beliefs and practices.  People seem content to play at being “alternative”, finding comfort and companionship with like-minded people.  But this is often
little more than escapism and self-indulgence of an alternative kind.
A no-nonsense reality is missing.

A no-nonsense approach

The Human Potential Trust has clearly identified what is required to bring about significant change.    Unusually, we have years of practical experience in assisting individuals to develop their real potential.  There is no bullshit whatsoever.

We challenge the normal mind-set, prompting a clear awareness about conditioning and the “I can’t, because…” excuses.  We provide a detailed understanding of a genuinely alternative way of living.  The important project work of The Wildlife For All Trust (our “sister” charity) offers a practical and appropriate structure for service.  Real change in the form of step-by-step progress becomes possible and achievable.
